The region
The Fraser Coast is a spread-out region, and a lot of the trades working it are either based hours away or subbing the work out to whoever is free. We’re not. We’re based in Hervey Bay, and Seth and the crew do the job themselves.
That’s the whole reason the prep is consistent. The bloke who quotes your floor is the bloke who grinds it, and he has to drive past it every week afterwards.
