Maryborough throws up a wider mix of slabs than the bay does. Queenslanders with concrete underneath that’s been there fifty years, newer estate homes out toward Granville, and a lot of industrial shed floors that have had oil sitting on them for a decade.
That mix is exactly why we don’t quote a floor off a photo alone. An old slab might need chasing, filling and a moisture check before it’s worth coating — and if it isn’t worth coating, we’ll tell you that instead of taking the job.

Yes, regularly — Maryborough is about half an hour from our yard in Hervey Bay and we’re down there most weeks.

If you’re further out than the localities we list, ring us and ask — we’ll be straight with you about whether it stacks up.
Usually yes, but the slab decides it — not the coating.
Old shed floors often have oil soaked in, surface pitting or moisture coming up from underneath. We grind it back, test it and tell you honestly whether it’ll hold a coating or whether your money is better spent elsewhere.
